Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't there a "buy now" button or online checkout?
We handle orders personally by phone or email so we can answer your questions and confirm details before payment. It also lets us offer more flexible payment options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Crypto, and cash (for select local clients).
Are your products tested?
Yes. We implement stringent quality control measures at every step to ensure our products arrive in their purest and most stable form. In our analytical test lab, we conduct rigorous in-house testing at all stages of production, verifying each peptide using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry analysis to ensure accuracy, purity, and identity.
Due to the volume and frequency of our inventory turnover, we do not publish individual batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every production run on the website. Batch numbers and testing dates update regularly, and publishing real-time documentation for each one isn't practical and could result in outdated or mismatched reports being circulated.
For more information, visit our COA page.

What's your return/refund policy?

Why are your products labeled "for research use only"?
The peptides we offer are sold and labeled for laboratory and research purposes. This labeling reflects their current regulatory status — most peptides have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human consumption, treatment, prevention, or cure of any condition. We label our products this way to stay compliant with how these substances are legally classified and sold, and we do not make medical claims about their use in humans. We encourage anyone with health-related questions to speak with a licensed healthcare provider.
